At Material Goods, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Apply the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
